2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 8-ounce container rondelé Salsa Flavored
Gourmet Spreadable Cheese
6 tbsp. sour cream
1 package plain soft tortilla shells (approx
8)
Chopped lettuce (1 head)
1 2.25 oz. can sliced olives (drained)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Cut chicken into thin strips and sauté
with onion until brown and tender (set aside).
In mixing bowl combine rondelé Salsa Flavored
Gourmet Spreadable Cheese with sour cream;
blend until smooth. Spread tortilla shells
with salsa mixture, layer with lettuce,
chicken and olives. Fold in half or roll.
Makes 8 servings.
