rondelé
has its roots in Wisconsin's
early small cheese factories, when three
cheese factories founded in the early 1900s
decided to combine and modernize to compete
with larger cheese producers. They joined
together as Wisconsin River Valley Cheese,
Inc. The company became InoFood in 1974
and began producing the rondelé brand
of semi-soft spiced cheese.
Today
the company, now Lactalis USA, uses locally produced fresh cream and blends it with the delicate taste of refined vegetables and spices. |
